Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I get all Historical or All Contemporary Books?

  Yes, you can receive only historical books or only contemporary books in the Heartsong Book Club. Please call (740) 922-7280 to set up an account.

• Can I Get More Than Four Books Per Month?

  We know for some members four romances every four weeks is just not enough, so for anyone who wants to get more books we offer a retail order department, which sells our previously released books at a discount. All retail payments must be received at the time the order is placed.

• Are Your Books Available in Large Print?

  We do not currently print Heartsong Presents in large print.

• How Do You Earn Heart♥Points?

  You have a chance to earn Heart♥Points with every shipment you receive. Simply pay your invoice on time and 10 Heart♥Points will be added to your account.

• How Do You Spend Heart♥Points?

  Use 100 Heart♥Points to pay for a shipment. When you would like redeem your Heart♥points, please write "Use 100 Points" on your invoice and mail it back to us or call (740) 922-7280 and let us know.

• Do You Provide Return Postage Paid Labels?

  The Heartsong Presents book club does not provide post-paid return labels. If you would like to return books to us, you may send them back to us. Be sure to include your member number on all correspondence.

• Can I Join Heartsong if I Live Outside the U.S.?

  If you live in Canada, you are welcome to join our book club. However, your price will be USD $13.99 per shipment and each shipment must be automatically charged to a credit card.

  If you live outside of the U.S. and Canada, the books and invoice will take quite a while to get to you, due to the fact that we ship the books via fourth-class post. Therefore the only way to enroll you in our club is if you have each shipment automatically charged to a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card. The cost of each shipment is USD $13.99.
