GLORIA BRANDT resides on a dairy farm in Wisconsin with her husband and four daughters, who keep her non-writing time occupied with home-schooling and life in general. She is active in her church, helping host a weekly Bible study and playing piano on the worship team. Writing has always been a very needed outlet, considering she started dabbling in poetry and short stories as a grade-schooler. For now, she contents herself concentrating on inspirational fiction, poetry, and songs, on occasion. For her, the greatest reward in writing to God's glory is the pile of letters she receives from lives she's been able to touch in a very tangible way. 'I always want to encourage people that no matter what their circumstances or background, there is hope.'
