GINGER O'NEIL is thrilled with the publication of her first novel, "A Touching Perfomance." She lives in Virginia with her retired Air Force lieutenant colonel husband. They have six grown children and several grandchildren. Music and writing have played a large part in her life, so she has combined those loves to write "A Touching Performance."
