ELLYN SANNA is the author of more than twenty books, including 'By the Water' (Promise Press, April 2000). She speaks at women's retreats and mothers' groups, and works as a full-time freelance editor. Her most important role, however, is being a wife and the mother of three children. She and her family make their home in upstate New York.
